【卸給神】
生活在這繁忙而多變的世界中，我們無可避免，會遇到各種壓力，有時，甚至無法喘息。然而，神創造人類的目的，從來不是讓我們承擔憂慮、壓力或恐懼，這些只是撒但偷竊人身心健康的方法。
「你們要將一切的憂慮卸給神，因為祂顧念你們。」（彼前 5:7）
「卸給」一詞，就像人將沉重的行裝，搭在驢身上，交由牠代你承擔，你就可以無重一身輕地前行。神深知，人類根本沒有承擔這些壓力的機能，祂，願意為我們承擔一切重擔。
我們要做的，只是將憂慮和壓力拋給神、搭在祂身上，相信祂的應許與慈愛，在祂的眷顧中，放下心裡的恐懼，以信望愛迎接每一天的挑戰。感謝天父，在我們知情或不知情下，一直默默眷顧與守護。
【Casting them on God】
In today’s hyper-accelerated and constantly shifting environment, we are inevitably subject to a broad range of stresses that can leave us gasping for air.
However, it is not God’s intention for humans to endure such anxiety, burdens, or fears within His creation. These are merely tactics devised by Satan to rob individuals of their well-being and peace of mind.
1 Peter 5:7 KJV
“Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.”
The term “cast” is akin to someone placing a heavy load on a donkey, entrusting it to bear the burden on your behalf, thus allowing you to move forward unencumbered.
God fully understands that humans lack the strength to withstand such pressure independently. Hence, He is always ready to relieve us of the burdens that weigh us down.
Therefore, all we need to do is cast off our worries and stresses upon God, entrusting them to Him. This act signifies our trust in His promises and lovingkindness. We lay down our fears under His watchful eye and face our daily challenges with faith, hope, and love.
Thank You, our Heavenly Father, for You have always cared for and protected us, even when we are unaware of Your presence.
